Shipping Info

We take as much care in shipping your order as we do in making our toffee. Each order is hand packed and shipped via; USPS Priority Mail, guaranteed 2-3 day delivery based on zone.  Shipping is a flat fee, based on size of order. Currently, we are unable to ship to international destinations and FPOs | APOs.

  • We do not ship orders on Friday.  The last order will go out by; 2:30 PM PST on
  • Thursday, based on shipping zone an order could arrive on Saturday. Please plan
  • If you need the toffee to be delivered by a specific date, or do not
  • want delivered on a Saturday please make a note in the comments section when
  • placing your order. Our toffee is shipped from our factory in California

We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Should a package need to be re-shipped, a second shipping charge will apply, and we are unable to guarantee the quality of the product that is re-shipped. Nettie Renee will not issue a refund for packages refused by the recipient, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

We also recommend that you ship to a business address or ensure your recipient will be home during the day when most packages are scheduled to arrive. We are not responsible for unattended packages left at a door or porch area. We have no control over what time USPS delivers to a specific address, so it may ride around in a warm truck all day long.  If you have questions, please email us at: clientservices@nettierenee.com.

Warm Weather Shipping Option

We advise that you upgrade your shipping option to Overnight Shipping. During the summer months, overnight shipping is an option available due to heat and melting. We do not refund for melting, therefore overnight shipping is the safest option during the summer months. If you have questions, please email us at: clientservices@nettierenee.com.

The Toffee is shipped frozen and travels very well even during the summertime when the candy will thaw during transit. We recommend refreezing or refrigerating the toffee upon receipt so the candy will return to the proper consistency before serving. The toffee can be thawed and re-frozen any number of times without damaging the product.

Address Change to Order

Request for re-routing an order will be granted as long as it is within time frame acceptable by USPS. There will be a $25.00 fee assessed for re-routing of an order. Please notify us at clientservices@nettierenee.com or call 561-252-2942 as soon as possible.

Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our highest priority. If, for any reason, your order does not arrive in perfect condition or you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, simply return the order to us for a prompt, courteous replacement.
