CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES IN A SINGLE ORDER?

For the time being, you will need to create a separate order for each recipient. If you have a long list of recipients (corporate orders, for instance) we’re happy to provide assistance. We recommend having an excel file ready with separate columns for name, address, city, state, zip, phone number, and gift note (if you want one to be included.)

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

All orders are shipped USPS Priority two-three day air. Shipping is based size of box/order and is a flat fee.

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You will receive an email from us with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you have placed an order and not yet received an email, feel free to contact us directly at clientservices@nettierenee.com and we will get right back to you with your information.

WILL MY ORDER REQUIRE A SIGNATURE?

We do not send orders with a signature required. If no one is available to receive the package, it will be left at the door. For this reason, please make sure the recipient has been notified that your gift is on its way, or send it to a place where a recipient will be able to receive the Toffee (a business address is recommended for this reason.) We are not responsible for orders delayed or for missing, stolen or damaged packages after they are delivered.

CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?

If you notice an error on your order, please notify us at clientservices@nettierenee.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to correct the error prior to your order being shipped.

If the order was shipped, and the address is incorrect, no longer current or you would like to request the order to be re-routed, please notify us immediately at clientservices@nettierenee.com we will make every effort to correct prior to delivery. To change or update a shipping address there will be a $15 service fee. The fee will be billed to the credit card used for original order unless, other wise stated. If the request is passed “change time” and package needs to be re-shipped, a second shipping charge will apply, and we are unable to guarantee the quality of the product that is re-shipped. Nettie Renee will not issue a refund for packages refused by the recipient, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

The re-routing service is NOT available if the order is out for delivery. To re-route a package there will be a $25 service fee. The fee will be billed to the credit card used for original order unless, other wise stated. If the re-routing request is passed “change time” and package needs to be re-shipped, a second shipping charge will apply, and we are unable to guarantee the quality of the product that is re-shipped.
